My boyfriend and I went to Laurie's today on my recommendation (I have been there about 3 times prior) and I was EXTREMELY disappointed.

This was his Christmas present to me and we both left feeling as though our money had gone completely to waste. First of all I booked a Hot Stone Massage but there was a clerical error and so once I was already in the room (after waiting 15 minutes) I was informed that I would only be able to have a plain massage (which I don't like in the first place).

My boyfriend had already gone in for his, though, and I wasn't about to sit in the waiting room for an hour so I just settled.

The masseuse was fine...just fine not great....but the worst was that they are under renovations and there was NO WAY for me to relax with all the squeaking and banging going on in the room next to me.

When we informed them of the fact that the massage was not what I wanted they suggested I just pay and come back for another one! I'm a student; I'm not made of money!

Finally, we were charged for 3 massages and luckily I caught the error before my boyfriend paid.

Needless to say we will not be returning.
